Life first, work second
At 360°FACE, work fits around life — not the other way round. Our masters work about 3 days a week, 7–8 hours a day, and earn well doing it. The rest of the week is theirs: children, family, home, hobbies, travel. Schedules are flexible, and we plan them together so life always has room. Family comes first, and we mean it. Work-life balance is not a slogan for us — it is simply how our team lives.
How the course works
- About 2 weeks: 3 days a week, 3 hours a day.
- Small groups: from 3 people. No one-to-one lessons.
- Practice on real models at every session.
- Where: our main studio in Parede (Cascais).
- Language: English or Russian.
- Dates: a group starts as soon as 3 applicants are ready; until then you stay on the waiting list.
