About the Académie brand

Académie Scientifique de Beauté is a French professional skincare brand. Its story began in 1890 in the Paris laboratory of Dr. Alexandre Lamotte, and since 1985 the brand has worked with the professional market: beauty institutes, spas and aestheticians. Académie is known for careful formulation, a high share of ingredients of natural origin and lines designed for each skin type, from dehydrated to sensitive.

In Portugal, Académie is not sold in big retail chains. It is distributed through professionals, and that is how we use it at 360°FACE: inside treatments and as follow-up care at home.

How we use Académie in our treatments

At 360°FACE the core of our work is facial lifting massage: we train the muscles of the face, neck and shoulders without injections or pain. Skincare comes in at two moments:

• In skin treatments — atraumatic (acid-free) facial cleansing, DTox peeling and anti-age care. Here we use the professional Académie formulas that are only available in the treatment room.
• At home — after a massage or a cleansing, your therapist sees how your skin reacted and suggests a simple routine: cleanser, moisturiser and, if it makes sense, a serum or mask. No long lists, only what your skin needs.

It is advice, not a mandatory sale. You can take the products the same day or later.

You can buy without an appointment: just drop by the studio or ask on WhatsApp what we have in stock. We have no online shop and no delivery: we prefer the choice to be made with your therapist, for the right skin.

Who Académie is for

For anyone who wants to care for their skin consistently, without aggressive procedures. It works well together with lifting massage: the massage works the muscle and circulation, the skincare looks after the surface of the skin. If you are unsure about your skin type, the first facial lifting session (€30) is the best way to start: the therapist assesses your skin and explains what makes sense for you.

Can I buy without a treatment?

Yes. You can drop by the studio and buy home-care products without an appointment. We still recommend a session so the therapist can see your skin and recommend the right routine.

Is Académie suitable for sensitive skin?

The brand has specific lines for sensitive and reactive skin. Your therapist will recommend the right products for your case; if you have a diagnosed skin condition, check with your dermatologist first.

Do you deliver within Portugal?

Not at the moment. Products are sold only at the Parede and Lisbon studios. If you need to restock a product, message us on WhatsApp and we will set it aside for you.
